SMALL CURATOR-RUN GALLERY FOR CONTEMPORARY ART WITH LATIN AMERICAN FOCUS
With a permanent space in Farringdon, London, since 2025, piloto pardo is a small, curator-run gallery dedicated to contemporary artistic practices, with a particular focus on Latin America. Founded in 2021 by Chilean-German curator Philippa zu Knyphausen, the gallery has developed a tightly considered programme centred on conceptually rigorous, research-driven work that engages interdisciplinary and contemporary questions.
Working with an international roster of artists, piloto pardo operates within London’s commercial landscape while amplifying voices and discourses that remain underrepresented. Its scale allows for close collaboration and sustained relationships with emerging artists such as Darya Diamond, Martina Quesada, and Cosima zu Knyphausen.
